Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria such as weight, size, insurance, destination, and price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed.
On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges according to the total weight and volume of the products and packaging at checkout which we will notify you prior to us billing you or your credit card.
All products are gifted wrapped and packed in either bubble wrap or void fill in packing boxes or sachets to protect all items in each parcel.
Due to price fluctuation C.A.T & Co Pty Ltd cannot always offer price protection on already shipped products. If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate.
C.A.T & Co Pty Ltd will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) ordered on time.
C.A.T & Co Pty Ltd is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers.
C.A.T & Co Pty Ltd bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes, customs clearance or any other complications caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
Customs and International Duty While Australian tax (G.S.T) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates.
C.A.T & Co Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any difficulties encountered with the importation of our products internationally. We advise that you investigate the freight, importation legislations and regulations regarding the products you are interested. Any additional charge such as duties and or import tariffs (tax) must be borne by the recipient.

Quality Control
C.A.T & Co Pty Ltd takes great pride in producing and providing our customers with high quality products. We have a stringent quality control policy in place to ensure that every product that is purchased and shipped out is in excellent condition.
Damaged Products in Transit
Orders are delivered by either Australia Post domestically and express international or DHL, Internationally All deliverable items are not insurable; however they are traceable and some will require a signature upon delivery. If your products have been damaged as a result of transit, CAT & Co bears no liability or responsibility for damaged caused by any affiliated shipping carriers or customs.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to send the items back to us, if agreed to in writing for evaluation at the customer’s expense. C.A T & Co does not offer refunds. The purchaser MUST provide a tracking number for the return shipment as proof of shipping. We will gladly replace or give a credit voucher for either partial or equivalent dollar value for the purchase of the item dependent upon evaluation.
We do not however, refund the cost of return postage or original postage cost.
No products shall be accepted without prior agreement between the recipient and / or customer and C.A.T & Co Pty Ltd .Please include all postage receipts.
Delivery Confirmation:
Once a delivery confirmation becomes available, CAT & Co Pty Ltd is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and shipping information. Should you require a signature confirmation, please notify us regarding your handling needs or enter your request during the check-out process.
Return Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, in unused re-saleable condition (No physical damage at time of returning the goods). The purchaser MUST provide a tracking number for the return shipment as proof of shipping and tracking.
We will exchange goods if they are found to be faulty due to manufacturing, we do not offer refunds. Once the goods have been used C.A.T & Co Pty Ltd will not accept the return. We do not refund/credit/replace on products chosen incorrectly by you.
Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. The returns process may take up to 7 business days from the time it is received. C.A.T & Co will either exchange the faulty item or provide a store credit to be used on other products sold on our website.
We do not however, refund the cost of return postage or original postage cost.
All returns MUST be approved by email prior to returning products to C.A.T & Co Pty Ltd. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. You must contact us prior to the return, to obtain a return authorisation number which must be written on the outside of the box and on your invoice enclosed with the returned items. We will not accept any packages that do not have a return authorisation number.
All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we cannot resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorised by us in writing.
C.A.T & Co may refuse a return of certain goods with opened packaging. If goods are found damaged or used when returned as such the return will be revoked and full payment still charged.
We reserve the right to impose up to a 10% re-stocking charge.

By completing the customer application process and using the CAT & Co Pty Ltd. online ordering and purchasing system, you are bound by these online terms and conditions and relevant disclaimers herein.
As you access, browse, use and purchase from this Website and its network, it is also agreed that you acknowledge and understand them. It is also agreed and understood that CAT & Co Pty Ltd. reserves the right to change all of the information contained in herein.
Ordering
Orders on this website are processed within 24 hours. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team. Any order placed by you in effect an offer by you to purchase a product for the total price (including delivery and other charges) specified on this Website.
Your contract with CAT & Co Pty Ltd. will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order, your order is accepted and your receipt is confirmed.
Pricing
All prices that appear on the CAT & Co website are quoted in Australian Dollars only and will be charged in Australian dollars at the time of dispatch.
For international purchases, currency conversion will appear prior to your final payment at the PayPal checkout or internet banking for bank deposits and are exempt from the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices are correct at the time of the online publication.
CAT & Co Pty Ltd. reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed on the CAT & Co Pty Ltd. website at any time without notice.
Online pricing may differ from prices available at Retail Stockists. All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Sales items are only available at the lower price during the Sale period.
CAT & Co Pty Ltd. reserves the right to correct any printing errors at any time. Delivery Costs CAT & Co Pty Ltd website calculates the cost of postage according to the total weight and volume of the products and packaging at checkout. Some large orders or bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. We will contact you as soon as possible with the required details for a final freight costs after your order has been processed.
Australian Delivery
Please note that domestic orders within Australia are shipped to you via Australia Post (regular service) or Australia Post Express. If you choose Australian Post Express, someone will need to be present to accept the delivery between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm to sign confirmation of delivery. If no person is present to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left for you directing you to your local post office for collection.
International Delivery
Purchases for International orders either by International Air mail or International Express Courier will both require a signature on delivery and are traceable. You will be notified with a tracking number after purchase to view the status of your order.
